Looking to hire someone to build a custom web based application that will do the following:
-Formatted into template
-Print ready from said template
-Re-Editable fields, easly clearable
So this is what is trying to be accomplished, Employee logins into server where application is hosted, employee has 5 fields it needs to fill in, they put data into fields 1-5 then click print preview the data then populates into the predesigned template opens up the print dialog and is ready to print off print standard options, once its done printing preview closes and the fields are reset back to blank data ready to be re populated.
The template itself is in psd, will be using varibles unless you have better suggestions.
This should not take long at all to get done, no other data needs to be saved nor does that data need to be saved just needs to be populated printed then on to the next.
Will look at all php built and python built applications.
DOES not need to be photoshop template we can convert it or use a php coded template and keep it all together does not matter just need a working order of it by tonight.
