Required software development freelancer for Staffjoy tuning job

We have assignment for you, if you have time.
I have a developer working on a staff scheduling app, but it is not going well anymore.

There are a few last features to include, I was wondering if you can estimate a time requirement for it.

Features which are needed:
2. Add a Gcal / Ical integration (-> employees can connect their shifts to their agenda)
3. Change the hardcoded emails sent directly to confirm a new signup (or, if a manager invites an employee)
4.Also, currently an expensive algorithm called Guorobi is used to automatically assign open shifts to the pool of employees.
We wish to replace this algorithm with a simple javascript: if shift is open, assign to first available employee.
