I am in need of someone that can assist me create a platform that can do all of the below mentioned. I want to use Signal wire as my carrier (Programmable API, SIP configurations.)
Lead nurturing is very important to me so I need something that will keep a history of all communications, such as, voice calls (recordings), sms, emails, and notes entered by agent in one single page. I would also like the ability to assign or reassign leads to another agent.
I am open to open source platforms to minimize costs.
1) Set up PBX system (includes securing)
All PBX standard features is fine.

I: Ability to create multiple dispositions. (also to filter individually)
J: If number is not good (disconnected, etc) to be able to skip calling that number and continue dialing additional number for that lead.
