Required software development freelancer for Data center infrastructure mentor, advisor and expert needed job

Hi, I run a data center infrastructure company, and to accelerate the learning process, I'd like to find some people that our new hires can speak to and learn about your world in a safe way (w/o jeopardizing an existing customer relationship).

My goal is to educate our team on your world. the challenges and problems you face and what your day looks like in your eyes and from your perspective. Ideally I am looking for people who are director levels that manage an IT infrastructure team OR sr. level sys admins who manage storage, server or networking infrastructure. Ideally these are people in the US who can hop on a call and discuss your world for 30-60 minutes at a time and answer questions and have environments that are mid to large, meaning 50 physical servers, 4-10 storage systems and 100s of network devices. (this is our ideal customer)
