Required software development freelancer for DevOps Engineer with MS Azure & Multi-tenancy Expertise job

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to evaluate and make recommendations on the current configuration of our Azure account. We are currently supporting a few different applications on dozens of clients, and would need someone to see how we can best allocate the resources from a technical and cost perspectives.
We will soon be migrating our current customers to a multi-tenancy architecture, so this candidate would also need to be knowledgeable on this matter.
Applications are written .NET, Asp.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript and AngularJS.
This is a part-time gig that could turn into a more long-term relationship for future projects as we do not see bringing on a full-time engineer for these subjects.
