We have a large set of personality assessments (millions of records) that need to be analyzed for multiple purposes, including:
- Validation reporting (whitepapers and marketing material)
- Improvement of the current assessment
- Development of new assessments
- Cross-validation with other assessments
The assessment is a forced-choice style questionnaire and each completed assessment contains 28 responses. Each respondent has associated data like job title, education, job satisfaction, and perceived accuracy of the assessment results.
We need someone who can help us measure correlations between assessment responses, personality types, demographic data, and other personality models.
Open to working with SPSS, Excel, and any other tools you may need for this.
