We currently use ADP for processing payroll. Our hired accountant would look into hours reported by employees for the pay period, figure any overtime, PTO, etc. and input/submit into ADP for payroll.
Download transactions from all financial accounts and keep in our system or your own accounting software. Set up chart of accounts in accordance with our current system and properly categorize or contact office with questions.
Provide monthly financials, P&L, communicate red flags, and overall provide management with the tools necessary to make financial decisions for the company.
TAX LAWS (Optional)
Increased pay for having knowledge of California state and federal tax laws (USA). If opted, we can discontinue service with ADP and this hire will be responsible for keeping our company compliant with state and federal tax requirements including:
- 941 Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return
- 940 Employer's Annual Federal Unemployment (FUTA) Tax Return
- DE9 Quarterly Contribution Return and Report of Wages
