I need a lot of help with customizing the acumatica mobile app for pickers.
We would like to begin using the acumatica mobile app for our warehouse pickers. We are having a few issues with the app and we would like your guidance.
1. We would like the app to allow the picker to sign in and then automatically be brought to the pick screen.
2. After the picker scans in the shipment number, he should be shown which item to pick next (or better yet, the next few items on the list) without him having to go to the review tab to see the next items.
3. In the review tab, after an item is picked with the proper quantity, it should go to the bottom of the list so that the picker can easily see what else still must be picked.
4. The quantity picked should be a different color, so that its easier for the picker to see if he needs more of the same item.
5. We set the app to show the InventoryID, instead of showing the inventory id like it does on the desktop, it shows the description. e.g. the inventory id is 'DR24-FWSLAB-2' it will allow us to scan the barcode and associate it with the proper item but in the inventory id field that is displayed for the picker, it'll show the description 'Set of 2 Drawer Heads for 24' Unit - White - Slab'.
6. How can we switch the order of the items being displayed for the picker? How do we prioritize which items are picked first.
7. In prioritizing the order for the picker, is there a way to set up conditional arguments such as 'if there are 2 or more of item A then display item A first.' the pallets need to be picked in a way that will allow them to be packed properly, the items are included in a particular shipment, and would determine the order in which they should be picked and stacked on the pallet.
8. I am a coder, is there anywhere where code can be used in the mobile app or in the web app which can reflect in the mobile app to customize it for our needs?
9. Please explain the different acumatica support plans so that we can choose the best option for us to be able to get support from your experts when necessary.
10. We would like to customize how the picker can change the quantity of the item just picked. We would like to add a plus and minus button so that he can easily increase or decrease the quantity picked after scanning an item.
11. How can the picker choose to move on to the next shipment. After the picker is done picking and confirming the shipment, he should be able to choose the next shipment that is available to work on.
