I am a busy consultant and spend much of my day looking after my clients. Unfortunately this means that a lot of my day-to-day tasks get delayed and then things get very overdue! I need someone who is going to take the time to learn about me, my work, my clients, my contacts, and help take some of the tasks from my plate! The main duties are to respond to emails and phone calls, schedule meetings, book travel and accommodations,create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and online filing,manage a contact list, prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records, create presentations as assigned.I expect that initially I would need someone for a few hours per week, but I imagine that this would increase over time.If you have experience in doing this kind of work and think you can help me out, I'd love to hear from you.
