We are in search of an experienced work-from-home rock star to help support our San Francisco-based start-up.

*About Us*
We're are looking for someone to join our dynamic team at (Removed by Toogit admin). We're changing the way families hire in-home caregivers and are ensuring the comfort and safety of their elderly loved ones who choose to age at home rather than moving into an assisted living facility.

*About This Position*
Your primary responsibility will be to assist our Talent Department in onboarding new caregivers. You will be responsible for guiding our caregivers throughout their onboarding process, including scheduling of their interviews, the collection of their documents, running their background checks, replying to text messages, etc.

*About You*

-Starting pay rate is $5/hr, with lots of growth potential! 'Find-me' phrase 1: Detail
-You are looking for a long-term position (most other members of this team have been with us for at least a year)

*Schedule*
We are looking to fill both FULL-TIME (45hrs/week) and PART-TIME schedules (30hrs/week). At least one day of weekend availability preferred.
*Our phone hours are:
Mon-Fri: 7am to 7:30pm PST and
Sat & Sun: 8:00am to 7:30pm PST
*Note: This is an immediate opening, qualified applicants will be invited to a short interview, followed by a bootcamp starting Monday, 4/2/18* 'Find-me' phrase 2: Oriented



*System Requirements*
Our Work at Home agents are asked to have and maintain all necessary system requirements to ensure a good experience for our customers. Most home computers and bundled services will meet the required specifications - a full spec list will be provided after your interview. Here are a few of them:
-Computer and headset compatible with Kindly Care specifications.
-High-speed internet connection.
-For the sake of call quality, dial-up services are not an option.
