After-Hour Guest Experience Specialist

Direct Supervisor: Guest Experience Manager
Indirect Supervisor: Director of Operations
Status: Contractor
Hours: 9PM-9AM Monday-Friday
Basic Responsibilities
-Maintain responsible, professional, and prompt communication with guests throughout their entire process from Inquiry to Review
-Where applicable, facilitate special requests to guests (e.g., supplying additional hair dryers, supplying an air mattress, etc)
-Communicate guest-related maintenance issues with our maintenance team
-Perform regular audits of guests' short-term rental agreements
Complete other projects as assigned by Effortless Rental Group
Systems
-Maintain regular communication with all departments and vendors via slack
-Fluently operate all property management systems deployed by Effortless Rental Group
-Regularly use email to set appointments, keep up-to-date on company activities, and to maintain a professional contact with non-Effortless vendors and staff
-Properly operate DocuSign, as well as being fluent in the proper way to identify errors with completed leases.
-Navigate and utilize Booking.com ExtraNet, Expedia Partner Central, VRBO/Homeaway inbox and calendar, and Airbnb Host Accounts where applicable.
-Utilize upkeep for proper work order tracking and project flow
-Have access to and utilize ERG Dash when applicable
