Looking to design an algo to trade a MACD indicator. The algo is already written in Python and I need someone to hook up the data and to my Interactive Brokers account. Want to be able to back test with ability to see performance summary as well be able to run over multiple time frames ranging from 30 minutes to daily. Mainly Trade index etfs. As mentioned, I have the language already written in Python ( we may decide to use another language but you can adapt it from Python. I just need a way to pull the data in and how to set up the execution through my brokerage account with Interactive Brokers (IBK). They have a set of instructions on how to hook up into their system which I am sure a programer will know how to interpret. May need your consulting advice on best data providers.
