Human Resource Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an HR specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities would include:

1. Hiring new team members. Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
   
2. Profiling applicants, ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
   
3. Conducting the initial interview
   
4. Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
   
5. Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints, violation of company rules, etc.
   
6. Sending out written warnings and monitoring these sanctions to see if theyd need progression

Requirements:

1. Experience recruiting applicants for a CSR role
   
2. Knowledge about DISC would be a plus (but not required)
   
3. Always available online - you must be able to respond to messages instantly from your teammates and/or applicants as needed at least 8 hours a day
   
4. Can work in a fast-paced environment

We need someone who is fast-paced and will be able to move candidates throughout the funnel quickly.
