Need logo designer for editing 38 logo files

We are working on a web development project and our client asked us to include 38 different company logos onto a page. In order to make this look great - wed like all of these logos to have an overlay of the same solid color. There are 38 logos to be cleaned up and they are all at different states of quality. Some are high resolution, some are not, some are transparent backgrounds, some are not. You are free to delete white space, resize, or remove elements that make the black color overlay look bad.

Deliverables:

• 38 logos prepped for the website
  
• Unified one-color black
  
• Transparent backgrounds
  
• 600px wide, jpg format
  
• A working PSD file with each logo in case changes are needed in the future.

I will share a spreadsheet that outlines each logo that needs to be restyled. You can find the logos in the DBA Logos zip. Some clients have multiple logos. You are welcome to pick the best option for this treatment.
