What the deliverable is:
1. A secure platform with apps for personal and business use.
Both apps for personal and business use to interact with each other.
List of apps to be built step by step.
Th first one is going to be a WhatsApp like chat app with calendar.

Type of freelancer or agency youre looking for:
Since Im limited with budget guess I feel like I should look for small teams who can help me with defining architecture, functionality and design prototype first. And then in developing it.
And first off all show me the way of doing it the best way.

Anything unique about the project, team, or your company:
Not much. Maybe things like coding languages. For instance I see lots of articles about new languages like Go with microservices architecture, Flutter for mobile app dev.
And maybe since I speak Russian, Russian speaking dev teams can be more efficient in transmitting my mind. But English is completely OK for me.
