I need to create a contract template for my clients and subs. I have an income share agreement with both. This will be a contract between US companies/individuals AND between US and foreign companies/individuals.

Im looking to make sure the contracts are
1. consistent
2. clear
3. reasonably protect my business.

I will share my draft of the Prime contract with shortlisted candidates
