MySql development & Launch

Will need the following work to be completed:

1. Creation of simple website for Database Design & Operation. I have hosting in place
2. Database design by my instructions and UI.
3. Creation of 4 Scripts in PHP to operate within the Database, as instructions explain.
4. Upon completion of Database and after its been throughly tested, the transfer of existing data from existing Excel.

Looking to have this done within 10 Days and all source codes must be provided, prior to final payment.

I will share the instructions for the DB with shortlisted candidates, the layout of the DB and the 4 scripts to be coded.

NOTE: In all I will be in need of 100+ scripts for this database. Will look at offers for those, as well.

I am not attached to PHP and will consider any other language, except Java or anything with java in its name.
