Three.js and Blender expert needed for help on replicating a tutorial

I am looking to recreate a tutorial which uses Blender and Three.js for my personal website. I will provide a tutorial link with right person after interview.

So instead of the full body women, I have a head model of myself with animations that I want to integrate to have the head and eyes moving to the position of cursor, having an idle animation and changing animations randomly on click, just like it is done in the tutorial.
