Develop a OpenWrt Prototype module with AR9331 SOC ...

Hi, we have a vary low cost 2.4Ghz CPE module with our local made Antenna with about 20dbi gain. So we need a low cost Circuit Board Prototype to go with our antenna. The PCB and Prototype should have following.

1. Circuit Board will be designed around SOC AR9331 as this is the chipset and readily available anytime at small quantities.
2. Quantity of the bulk order will be 50Pcs every batch.
3. 8MB Flash & 64MB DDR/DDR2 RAM, Budget for both must not exceed $1.10 at 50Pcs.
4. min 5.5v - 3.3v SMPS Power supply with MOV and Fuse overvoltage & overcurrent protection.
5. GDT ESD/EMP Protection of 24 kV Contact / Air for two antenna solder point.
6. PCB is about 52mm width and 105mm height. width is fixed. Component must be shielded and connected to antenna ground.
7. Cost for all other component (caps, resistors, etc.) except SOC, RAM, Flash & printed PCB Board must not exceed $2.00 at 50Pcs.

BOM cost is absolutely critical. So we will use cheap H1601CG Ethernet Magnetics & WM14843-ND RJ45 Jack or HR911105 RJ45 Jack with built in Magnetics. Unless you got something batter & cheaper at 50pcs order. The PCB and Prototype must implement these feature.

1. Must support DD-Wrt or Open-Wrt Firmware (with GUI) ... 8MB Flash & 64MB RAM as recommended.
2. Minimum 60 Mbps throughput as Wi-Fi to wired bridge mode. PCB footprint (more height) is not an issue.
3. 2x 50 Ohm coax macing antenna solder point on PCB.
4. 1x Ethernet jack. If possible 5v passive POE pass through.
5. 1x DC mini barrel jack for 5v weak up.
6. 4x LED for Power, WAN Internet, LAN Internet, Device Status.

Now we are looking for some one or a company with whom we will build a prototype & Validate. In future we will Get sample & order in quantity if he or they can provide competitive pricing.
