background data managment with able to find comparable option based on the data

I am in real estate and would like to provide fast comparable to potential seller based on data i have.
I have all the sales of properties we have to put the data base with filter as number of units, size of the units, rent roll, Area of the building, revenue of the building, building city evaluation, size of the lot, size of the builing, living area, etc.

I want to have a landing page where the client will enter the information of his building something similar as thess links

He fills up the form then he gets a pop up of three sold property with similar criteria from our data based and ask his ideal selling price.

On the pop up i should have 3 similare property sold with a pictures and the information as will like on the pdf attached. the PDF 3 comparable pop up.

Afterwards I want to be able to do a file !

I usual you the excel file fill up everything manually but would like to automate this task as well.
