We are biz4d, a German consultancy-firm in a fast paced working environment implementing on mentorship within leadership and TOP talent development programs.
We are looking for a Marketing Professional.
Our business-partner are typically HR Directors and C-level executives responsible of medium-sized (500 - to 5,000 employees) companies in Germany and Europe. If you have previous experience in mentoring, HR-, HR development and consultancy, this would be an amazing asset.
Your responsibility:
- You are amazing in creating content / writing text & articles on B2B-expert level
- Content you created will be important for: Sales-material; website; AdWords; Press-Releases; Landing-Pages; Sales Email-Templates and much more
- Help to permanently improve our marketing strategy
- You can cover some of the other requirements or have an understanding of:
- Marketing Automation
- LinkedIn advertising
- Video-Marketing
- Landing-Page generation
- Wordpress-Website
- Press, specially expert press/magazines for HR professionals
- you may help to lead, train and supervise a small team of complementing experts such as Design/Layout/ AdWords. So you better be good :-)
- because we are often asked: SEO, facebook, insta & email-campaigns etc are not on our list of priorities
- we do have our own experience doing marketing. So we are looking for someone even stronger and better, with a great passion to raise the impact and joy of B2B marketing to a whole new level!

Working hours:
We are based in Germany, so we reach our potential customers by phone between 8 am to 6 pm German time. However, tasks such as writing, concepting etc can be done at your convenience.
We are looking for a long-term collaboration. Even if we are working remotely, we are looking forward to having you on board as a full-time, core team member!
