Desktop Software -- Automation Scripts: Full Stack Developer for Crawler-LIKE Functions

Seeking a full-stack developer, individual or team, who can create desktop based application that automates searches on search platform.

Knowledge pre-requisites:
- Handling anti-bot applications on the websites
- Implementation of developing a program that can run with proxies to avoid blacklist
- Scraping with user&pass
- Create empty activity through Bot to help bypass anti-bot plugin

Big picture:
- Fully stack application -- please send me proposals with your proposed stack. No need to explain why you prefer one way over another, but if you do Ill love to read!
- Fully functional desktop-software GUI
- Fully functional web-based simple dashboard
- Membership system for Application -- something standard (REST API with oAuth2, for example).
- Fully function back-end

This job posting allows for more than one freelancer to work on this project. If, for example, one handles front-end and the other handles back-end. Or maybe a website designer + another more focused on the web application development.
