Experienced Content Marketeer required to write a top quality SEO article for a UK property blog

I manage the content marketing for a blog/website in the UK property sector (mostly property buying and related verticals). We need an article/copywriter with flawless English & excellent writing skills to write 1 top quality 1400 words+ property related article.

I will provide you with a topic idea for the content and it will be your job to research into them and come back to me with complete content. Posts will consist of well-researched information, interesting to read (engaging using visuals where required) with a strong sense of SEO and how to structure blog posts so they receive the utmost attention in online searches. The article should use facts and data as the team will be creating an infographic to support the articles content.

I am not looking for a box standard article here. I am looking for someone who can write an engaging article that comes with a specific entertaining style & character that appeals to our target audience. Whether that writing style be humour focused, memes, factual, statistical or quirky is up to your providing the article flows and reads well.

Requirements

- Content structure: An excellent title that entices interest, organised flow of the content including an enticing opening paragraph, sub headings, linking out to relevant quality websites/authorities in the niche or references, conclusion/summary section.
- Use of optional visuals whether original or linked out
- Natural SEO Keyword insertion
- Natural LSI and Long tail keyword insertion
- Original content is ESSENTIAL (Copyspace and other duplicate content tools passed), none generic content.
- 1400 words +
- Use facts and data that could be spliced into an infographic by a separate design team.


Include the words UK Houses in their reply to confirm they have read this part properly. As a bonus in your cover letter, include 1 or 2 article ideas that you think have the potential to go viral. This will give me a better idea on how creative you can be!This job pays well so I expect the content to live up to that.
