Java developer for SSO integration with Quicksight (AWS)

We would like to embed Quicksight (BI from AWS) into our app.
The work will be done as an external package, and expected to be continuous on improving the package with more features.

Task requirements:
Must - extensive experience in Java.
Must - working before with Quicksight.
Immediate availability is important.
Customer satisfaction is important.
Long term relationship and large companies are preferred.

Task details (First stage, will be extended after delivered):
1. Create a DB schema - `users` table (id, username & password) and create 3 users.
2. Create a Quicksight enterprise account, and create 3 users with the same emails as above and 2 dashboards.
3. Create a DB schema - `user_dashboards` table. (user_id, dashboard_id) - user 1 is allowed to access dashboards number 1, user 2 is allowed to dashboard number 2 and user 3 is allowed to both.
4. Create a login page and embed the relevant dashboard/s after login. Create another user without any access to dashboards.

Regarding code:
- There needs to be a configuration file so itll be easy to use as a package.
- The code should be written correctly (Classes/Interfaces/etc...) and TDD oriented.

We work with Play as our JAVA framework, and using Java 8.
