Help us source new acquisition opportunities. We are a group of investors looking to purchase mobile home parks. Since many parks are not sold by brokers, we need to proactively reach out to owners. Your responsibility will be to use various call lists and on-line search resources to identify park owners that may own assets that we would target, call them and convince them that they should sell us their park! It will be critical to come across as friendly, approachable, genuine and trustworthy. The goal will be to hand us off a list of warm leads on which we can folllow up with in-person meetings or signed offers. We will provide a bonus for leads that convert.
