List builder needed to enter email addresses of teachers in the US.

Im looking for an experienced list builder to search school websites in San Diego county and collect the email addresses and names of teachers. The information can be entered into the excel spreadsheet, including name, email, city, state, grade taught. The teachers that need to be contacted teach ages 0-6, specifically these grades: preschool, prekindergarten, kindergarten, first grade.

The list needs to include 500 email addresses. Additional incentives will be paid for accuracy, as followers: 100% accurate, additional 5 hours payment.; 90% accurate, additional 3 hours payment; 80% accurate, additional 1 hour payment.
