We are a small pet treat company. Looking for someone to manage facebook instagram and google ads. What I lack is how to target actual potential customers. I am not looking for someone to just boost posts. I need someone who can actually target customers with specific ads which lead to sales. Our budget for the month is $1000 with you fee included so give us a breakdown of what you would be able to do.
