Need help with setting up QGis based WMS server

We are currently using multiple GIS software and are now in the process of moving everything to QGIS. There are 2 persons trained in QGis, they will maintain the layers. We do however have +100 users that need easy access to the layers managed in QGis. We want to setup a WMS server based on the QGIS Data and be able to show the data in a easy to use website. We also need the data to be in a WMS server as we have several other tools that can 'talk' to the WMS server to visualize the data available in the GIS server.
