About us:
We are an Australian based company that both manufactures here in Australia and import products from Asia.


Were looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. The work will include the following:
- Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar
- Handle financial matters such as expense reports and invoicing
- Make business purchases and deal with vendors
- Research Sourcing opportunities in SE Asia and Mainland China

Skills required:
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar
- Savvy diary management and online researching and event booking and management skills.
