Plot Writer / story planner to come up with book map and planning for a novel

I am looking for creative plot writers to create a book plot based on my ideas. I am looking for a full story outline with characters brief descriptions about them. A beginning middle and end to the story. The writer would be expected to plan the chapters and advise on what would be a suitable word count.

I have a variety of books in different genres so please let me know your preferred genre to write in.

You will not be expected to write the story just create the story plot. I have lots of ideas some will be for a series so the fee will be per plot for a complete series.
