We are a psychiatry practice that has multiple providers. We need a billing coordinator who is available real time. Responsibilities would include:

1) Checking eligibility and benefits. Entering the information.
2) Entering charges.
3) Claim creation and submission will be done by the office manager. Communicating with office manager real time is important.
4) Posting payments by searching for EOBs
5) Follow up on unpaid claims.
6) Familiarity with filing appeals.
7) Job would require real time availability between 8 am to 1 pm, CST. If we are satisfied, then a larger role will be considered.
