Python developer for group social chat API / app and data & analytics tool

A developer with experience in Python, APIs and social data science to create an MVP of the following. It would also be beneficial if you have a creative/ designer background.

1. A web or app-based booking tool that in the background, applies machine learning to design and match teams based on their linkedin profile interests and values

2. An API that on-demand, loads a group live chat service inside any social technology platform (e.g. vendor agnostic - slack/ facebook workplace) with event RSVP functionality.

3. An AI tool that uses neural networks to identify key themes and ideas from group chat transcript for a moderator to then review.

4. A desktop/ app data & analytics dashboard that captures and structures individual and group conversation data, that is identified by the moderator.

Ideally, all of the above elements should seamlessly work together as an overall mobile or web experience for all users.

The deliverable will be a working prototype that I can use to show investors.
