Rewriting existing Ts&C, privacy and cookie policy

Hi, I need someone to rewrite an existing term and condition page and similar pages. Everything is already in it, but I want them to be unique. Right now the copy is from another site which operates in the same way and the market. Obviously, I want each sentence and word to be different so that our business doesnt get sued.
The same rules apply to the term and condition, privacy, cookie, faq Etc its only about rewriting it and making it unique.

I will also need new landing page copy for thank you, welcome, cancellation, cross-sell email copy etc.

If you can write SEO friendly blog post we can continue working on a weekly basis as well.

Rewrite: Homepage, FAQ, about us, booking page, lowest price guarantee,

New copy: thank you, confirmation, cancellation, cross-sell, goodbye, visiting Istanbul, tour pages.

We are an airport taxi service which operates in Istanbul, Turkey.
