Small CRM app (Windows & Mac if possible)

I am looking for a small CRM app for Windows & Mac (if possible).

Having looked at MS Access I can see that its quite easy to connect to Outlook contacts and read & write them.

The app I am looking for shall:

- Connect to Outlook or Office 365 and read and write contacts
- Connect to Sharepoint on Office 365 and read and write a list of projects

The following views:
- Company - this shows the contact companies from outlook
- A List view will show all companies and number of contacts and related projects
- A detailed view for the companies showing
- all other contacts of that company
- All projects related to that company
- Project - this shows the projects from the sharepoint list
- A list view will list all projects and the number of contacts and related companies
- A detailed view for the project will show
- All related companies
- All related contacts
- Contacts
- A list of all contacts
- A detailed view for the contact will show
- Colleagues within that company
- Related projects for the company

Functionality
- It shall be possible to write and edit notes for each company, contact and project
- It shall be possible to generate emails from the system (can be send via outlook).
- It needs to be possible to add & edit templates for the emails having place holders for salutation and name and other contact fields

The solution could be implemented in MS Access. Any other application allowing easy Mac integraiton is prefered.

A pure webbased implementaiton is ok as well, as long as it is respondsive.
The performance of the application must be equal to other office apps. A click should render immediate responds.

The sharepoint lists can be defined as needed.
