Social Media Audience Building, Customer Acquisition & Targeted Traffic

I am looking for help to grow our social media audience with targeted U.S. followers. We are a dog treat business and we have both an active Instagram and Facebook account. We are delivering facebook ads to get likes on our page. We want to create facebook ads that will both build an audience on facebook and Instagram as well as drive targeted traffic to our website. Additionally, we are launching a free sample program on facebook where the individual can request a sample using the facebook form. This would be a comprehensive social media ad campaign with ads designed to build a targeted following, other ads to drive targeted traffic to the website and another group of ads designed to get people to sign up for a free sample.
