Hi there,

Were looking for someone that can analyze Soft Data, gathered with metrics. This exists of 2 main types of data:
- Heatmaps that record what parts of pages are being used
- Screen recording that record customer journeys

We want someone to go through the >1000 videos that come in every month and analyze the key learnings from video. Where do people stop? Are buttons not working? Are users confused, etc..

Please let me know if you have any experience in this field, and also what your hourly rate and availability are.
