VIRTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED

I am looking for a reliable assistant, with good written communication, fast typing skills, friendly, dedicated, empathetic, a person who pays close attention to details, patient, very good listener and with excellent research skills.
This is a long term contract from Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 13:00 pm GMT (flexibility needed for overtime), the selected candidate would be working virtually from anywhere, preferably equipped with a smart phone and a computer.

Tasks including:
Preparing and modifying documents, sending and responding to emails, assisting in resolving problems, scheduling appointments, internet research and website updates.

Requirements:
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- A laptop / computer with internet connection during work hours
- Excellent command in written and spoken English
