Web scraping python developer needed

Looking for a developer with experience automating and generating emails.

I need a python script that sends an invitation to a list of users accounts via email.

The script should:
1) requests a given url
2) scrapes the html page for list of usernames
3) for each username, the script hits an api to retrieve the email for that user
4) sends a previously written invitation to each of the emails

*This is will be used for moral purposes and will not be used for spamming, phishing, or any illegal activities.
