Required software development freelancer for Analysis and Advice of Amazone AWS EC2 installation job

We are running a hosted private server of a software application on an AWS EC2 server. It is a Ubuntu/Nginx/Postgres system. It is running stably (and has been) for several years but we have some peak performance issues. We don't know if the limitations are AWS side, or our local machines so we want to rule out the AWS side by having an expert peek under the hood and give it a once-over. We want to have an Amazon guru to run over the AWS side of the installation and confirm that we have it optimised from a cost/performance point of view. This may involve running some analytical of our usage and then proposing the optimal configuration. We'd also like some advice on automating backup protocols etc. I'd expect for the right candidate that would only be a few hours work.
