Required API Integration freelancer for API Connection job

We are utilizing 2 softwares (an applicant tracking/onboarding software, ApplicantStack, and a job board, ZipRecruiter) we want to have the two softwares integrated so that we can easily import and export employee information from ZipRecruiters site into our ApplicantStack software so we can have a central location for all potential candidates and move them through the ApplicantStack system. They already have an API integration setup between them however in order to access it we have to purchase a package of jobs from ZipRecruiter rather than purchase job postings on an as needed basis and the price is out of our monthly advertising spend.
