Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Application Analyst - HRIS job

We will be transitioning to a new applicant tracking system (ATS) and we are seeking an Application Analyst to guide us through the screening and implementation of our new system.

Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Gathering and comparing information on various ATS systems
- Communication with HR team on various functions needed from ATS
- Negotiating contract and facilitating implementation

Job Requirements:
-Knowledgeable of applicant tracking systems
-Understanding of different systems and functions to be able to give direction
- Knowledgeable of ADP
- Preferably located in IL
