Our consultant will be responsible for reviewing current system configuration and identifying needed correction to properly create and export an E2B XML file.
- 7 years of experience with good understanding of Life Science domain with special focus on
Pharmacovigilance/regulatory compliance
- Minimum 5 years of experience of working knowledge on Argus Safety Suite
- Understanding customer business processes / requirements and analyzing their feasibility
with respect to Life Sciences feature and functionalities
- Very good knowledge of Oracle Argus Safety with special focus on E2B and ESM area
- Expertise in Argus configuration and reporting rules.
- Collaborate with the safety system hosting vendor to develop and implement system changes
as needed (e.g., product configuration, protocol configuration, workflow changes, user access changes, etc.)
- Identify and respond to issues concerning Argus and Argus application components
- Provide technical support and implement solutions for system configuration changes (e.g., enhancements, new functionality requests, and troubleshooting)
- Responsible for technical issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction
- Analyze, designs, implement changes to system
