Required Character Design,Graphic Design,Illustration,Motion Graphics,Visual Arts freelancer for Artist needed for city development/improvement overlay (artwork to be added to video footage) job

I'm directing a film which requires hand-drawn (or otherwise) overlays to be placed in 3d over the drone and ground-based slates which film.

I'm looking for an artist who can develop the creative overlays as well as assist in matching them to the 3d space of the video footage.

I would work closely with the artist prior to us filming the slates to ensure they are comfortable with the approach to production.

Some examples of the outcomes we would require:
- As a drone moves slowly in towards a city, two or three sky scrappers would appear- indicating new development
- As a camera moves slowly down a vacant/empty laneway, greenery, shops, people and street furniture would appear, demonstrating a laneway coming to life
- As a top-down drone shot moves down a street we would see more bikes, trees and Alfresco dining appear

I will share a series of reference images with shortlisted candidates that indicate the direction I would like to take. This is obviously very broad and I would love input from the designer.
