you need to supervise the Functional documentation of the WMS module which is in the first stage of the drafting process and You must correct it and fill the gaps wherever it requires before it is sent to the supervisors for review. make improvements and changes based on the review from supervisors. You need to be excellent in Diagrams ( you can use Visio or lucid chart ). Plus you will create a Matrix which is the core element of the documentation.
there are three to five supervisors who will review functional documentation.
