* General Office Work - Computer Literate, Filing, Copying, Scheduling Appointments, assist with data entry and tax forms, general duties to include but not limited to;
* Excellent Customer Service and handle heavy inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
* Able to multitask and handle a variety of challenges quickly, with a high level of accuracy in a fast paced office environment* Run errands as needed for supplies, etc...
* Must speak Fluent English & Spanish
* Must be reliable, dependable, responsible, detail-oriented and good phone etiquette
*This is a hands-on position in a busy tax office, excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills and must thrive under pressure
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with taxes/sales is a plus. This is a seasonal job.
