Looking for someone to help clean up Real Estate CRM using the Top Producer program. Current leads will be printed with handwritten adjustments, then scanned for you to work off. Also need to create groups/lists in order to find out missing data (ie-no email, no birthday), as well as enter production of past years.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who can help us get back on track with current database while providing some insight on how we can better use this (or other) CRM programs to better our business.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- experience working with a Real Estate based CRM - FOLLOW UP BOSS is a must other programs bonus
- great organizational skills & time management skill
- fluent in English and able to communicate via Skype, WhatsApp and email
BONUS SKILLS:
- able to assist Realtor in streamlining CRM and contacting leads on a regular basis via email and mail
- experience with SlyBroadcast program
- experience with mail chimp, constant contact, etc
- assist with direct mailings, drip campaigns
- google drive and google calendar
- Administrative skills such as emailing, uploading contracts, file organization, social media, basic graphic design
