We are looking for someone to develop a program which records the voice of someone through a microphone. We have a preset recorded voices for the same words, then need to compare the real time recorded voice with the list of recorded voices and output a similarity in percentage format.

We did a lot of literature research about this and found that it can be done using several algorithms such as: FFT, MFCC, Cross-Correlation. However, we not locked in to any of these and the developer can choose the best method or suggest their own process.
