We would like to automate some of our marketing and customer service procedures in our Australian Accounting firm. We need someone who can suggest and guide us down this path - not ask us what we want them to do.
We are currently setting up Calendly for tax return appointments. We would like some type of system to send an email after their appointment with us asking for feedback (eg they might do a survey rating us out of 10) if we get a 8-10 we send them links to our facebook and google my business review pages and ask them for a review and tell them about our referral system. If they leave a 1-7 feedback score it would prompt us to call them and find out where we missed out on getting a higher score.
We would also like to attached some value adding freebies like checklists or worksheets for the client to use.
We would also like to send out birthday emails.
We currently have someone creating a landing page with a competition lead magnet to win a free tax return in return for their email address on click funnels and would need to send out some email marketing to these people to try and get them to book a tax return with us.
These processes need to be setup in the next 2 weeks so you must be available and ready to work.
We have a CRM system where our clients details our kept and it is not compatible with any other system and cannot be changed.. so we need to work around that also.
