I am looking for a biochemist that specializes in organic formulations. I would like the candidate to eventually become a part of my team, as I have various formulations that will need to be developed down the line.
For this project I need 6 hair type specific formulas created from scratch**:
- Low Porosity (LP) Shampoo
- High Porosity (HP) Shampoo
- Normal Porosity (NP) Shampoo
- LP Conditioner
- HP Conditioner
- NP Conditioner
**"From scratch," meaning not an already standardized organic formula used in the industry.
All ingredients should be organic. If it is impossible for a said ingredient to be organic, then it needs to be natural. The ingredients should cause no harm to the consumer whatsoever.
All formulas shall be scented with essential oils. I plan to stay away from perfumes, but I will advise you of the use in the near future.
The formulas should not contain:
- Sulfate
- Parabens
- Alcohol
- Sodium
- Retinyl Palmitate
- Triclosan
- Cocamidopropyl
- Betaine
- Dimethicone
- Formaldehyde
- Diethanolamine (DEA)
- Triethanolamine (TEA)
- Polyethylene Glycols (PEG)
- Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate
I often research ingredients and the like, to be included in the formulas. For that reason, I anticipate often communication. I also expect an update at least once a week on formulation progress, etc.
