Required Tax codes,Tax Filings freelancer for Book keeper needed for property company job

Booker keeper needed to reconcile bank accounts and create monthly profit and loss spreadsheets/charts and projections.

You MUST FULLY UNDERSTAND XERO. And have experience working within preparing accounts for a property company.

You will also be responsible for submitting tax/payroll to HMRC. So knowledge of tax submission is required.

You will liaise with director by email and he shall provide you with detail on the expenses passing through the accounts. You may need to make UK based calls to various companies to help establish what bills are related to which houses initially but once set up you should future weeks/months should be easy. So good working knowledge of spoken English would be required.

You will also be expected to check rents which are due on the 5th of each month and report which rents remain outstanding daily until all are paid.

This will be an ongoing job.

Use of /Xero is necessary.

Must have good knowledge of EXCEL to present data in appropriate form for review by Directors.
